Contingency Recruitment

Contract Connections can provide a search and selection of candidates at a pre-agreed charge rate or percentage placement fee. This includes CV screening, interviewing, reference checking, pre and post interview briefing and ongoing post placement contact. We also provide technical testing where required.

Project Team Provision

A solution particularly popular with roll-outs, software deployments and hardware upgrades, Project Team Provision is where Contract Connections supply teams to integrate within the project and user community to provide the necessary level of support and training required. Costs are fixed on a per diem basis taking into account any travel, accommodation and emergency cover.

Managed Service Recruitment

There are two levels of Managed Service, either "Co-sourced" of "Fully Managed". The Co-sourced solution involves our consultant either being based on-site or having a schedule of regular visits in order to develop closer working relationships with the Line Manager, HR and the contractor community. We conduct performance and disciplinary reviews, regular social events, provide pre-emptive resourcing and market research and we're available 24/7. The service provides guaranteed back-filling of all positions and is complimented by consolidated invoicing, monthly performance and utilisation reports.

The Fully Managed solution is where Helix Managed Services become an extension to your HR department by managing the supply of personnel to the organisation regardless of agency or source. A vendor neutral service with a structured preferred supplier list, pre-determined, monitored service level agreements and key performance indicators. It also includes fee setting, standardisation of contracts, invoice and timesheet management.
 
Both levels are fully tailored to accommodate individual business requirements.
