- Developers – X++. MorphX, C/AL, C/SIDE, CRM 3.0 & 4.0
- Technical Consultants
- Functional Consultants – Finance, Trade & Logistics, Production, Manufacturing, Projects etc
- Project Managers
- Solution Architects

These roles will often require not only a high calibre of candidate within their specific vertical but additional linguistic skills. This will in most cases include at least English and one of the following:
- German
- Dutch
- Swedish
- Danish
