HMS operates a consultative approach, working to the brief set by the client, and tailoring the service to the exact needs of your business. As a client you will have a dedicated HMS Account Manager and Account Director for escalation. The Account Manager(s) has a team of administrative and resource personnel at their disposal and are available to the client 24/7. For a large-scale deployment, HMS will position a dedicated team on-site, who work exclusively for you.

The basics of the HMS solutions are simple; we aim to enhance and simplify your contract, temporary and permanent recruitment process, enabling your HR team to focus on the needs and development of your employees and reduce the amount of time your finance department spends on processing multiple invoices and timesheets.

The Managed Service product provides you with a co-managed or fully managed solution for your contract and temporary needs. Working with your line management, HMS source the individuals required for pieces of work (e.g. service desk, infrastructure, development) and ensure that you always have the required number of incumbents on site by supplying vetted and qualified consultants to back-fill all essential seats. Clearly defined SLA’s are agreed prior to contract and reviewed at regular intervals throughout the duration of the agreement.

The Vendor Neutral service consolidates all your recruitment needs, whatever the discipline, into one centralised space; HMS provides:

  • a fully compliant set of standards for existing and new suppliers to adhere to and manage the PSL
  • a portal for all vacancies to be posted and accepted and for submissions to be managed
  • flexible monthly consolidated invoicing - either as a whole or by department, you let HMS know how you want to be invoiced
  • monthly reports on recruitment activity, ratios and league performances from suppliers
  • market reports on trends and skill availability
